To submit samples for analysis by the SEEML team, follow the steps outlined below:

 

 

 

1. Download, print and fill the SEEML Asbestos Chain of Custody Form.

2. Mail or deliver samples to the following address:
    102 Edinburgh Court,Greenville, SC 29607

 

 3. SEEML will notify you when samples are received and when
    samples analysis is completed.
